Rod Hagen Posted March 19 Posted March 19 (edited) Title says it all, did you see them? I blame Nothing, Everywhere, all at once for overlong over narrated horribly plotted movies like Mickey 17. Edited March 20 by Rod Hagen
+ BenjaminNicholas Posted March 23 Posted March 23 I mean, you can dislike something, but tell us why you 'hated' it.

d.anders Posted June 24 Posted June 24 I saw it last night on Peaock. The movie reminded me of Allied with Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard. It kept me to the end. During previews, I thought I was going to hate it, with Kate Blanchett running around in that ridiculous wig. Actually, the wig wasn't so bad (they credited the wig maker), although I have no idea why they felt the need to wig her. Aren't professional assassins blonde? I tend to enjoy Steven Soderbergh movies. It wasn't fabulous. The characters are far too incestuous at the workplace, and behave like fantasies. I did not know who the mole was until the very end. I think it's worth a watch. It's a 96 on Rotten Tomatoes. Rod Hagen 1
TonyDown Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Reasons for liking Mickey 17 The cast. I am drawn to Steven Yeun, Mark Ruffalo and Robert Pattinson. The Sci Fi element/space creatures during the climax was pretty good, and I'm not really a Sci Fi geek. A reflection of the world today, and the false idea of Failing Upwards to Perfection. Yeah, it's not a movie I'd watch again, but was interesting. thomas 1
