If you're serious about doing this (especially if you plan to do it full time) than you should get a complete physical before you see your first client. You should also get whatever shots that you may need. There was an interesting thread (I think Tampa Yankee started it ... While I love to get rimmed, I have not found many escorts who are really into this.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that you can get a vaccine for most of infections you can get from rimming. In fact, there are only three diseases I can think of which are transmitted primarily through the fecal-oral route for which we have vaccines: polio, typhoid, and hepatitis A. Polio is irrelevant since it's been just about eradicated, and hasn't been seen in the Western Hemishpere for about 15 years. That really leaves only Hepatitis A and typhoid.

 

The number of diseases which can be transmitted fecal-orally is enormous, and could fill a textbook. Some are difficult to impossible to get rid of. And then there are diseases which seem to be likely transmitted this way, such as Crohn's disease, but for which we just don't have the evidence at this time.

The effects of some parasites are subtle and not always obvious to those who have it. Other parasites cause serious trouble in only certain people, such as Helicobacter pylori which can cause stomach or intestinal ulcers. And, of course, there must be diseases transmitted this way which we just don't know about.

 

The last matter to consider is that rimming someone who also rims is especially dangerous because you obviously multiply your risk (many, many times if it's with an escort). Hopefully, everyone can understand how safer sex guidelines are especially important when having sex with escorts or other very sexually active people. Everyone has to make his own choices, but rimming is definitely not safer sex by any means or guidelines.
