Recently had a deep-tissue massage with Kostas, and it was as other posters have described with minimal draping. It was strictly professional/therapeutic but very good. I mentioned having some leg soreness and, without me asking, suggested that he work on my glutes. He paid a lot of attention to my glutes and lower back as requested and also worked on the rest of my body. At the tail end, he had me flip over where we worked on my neck and chest (some slight grazing as well here that got me a bit excited) and he wasn't shy at pressing me into his body when rotating my neck/body. I'd return for a follow-up just because it was a great massage.

I did go back for a follow-up appointment, this time a 90 minute one, given I’ve had some lower back pain recently. Kostas was polite and charming as usual, and he gave a great massage. As with last time, he was comprehensive, and there was a lot of glute work. It remained therapeutic aside from momentary touches.

I keep hoping he will move beyond therapeutic, but hasn't yet!

How does Kosta react when you get an erection? Does he say “no worries,” or does he just carry on without acknowledging it?
