Making a change to the traveling providers section.

It's great that when the time frame a traveler has lapsed, it disappears from view. However, that should be a locked section from comments, period. 

The last person to comment becomes the new name seen on the main page instead of the traveling provider looking for clients. This is a major disservice to the people trying to utilize the section to advertise, erroneously thinking a commenter is the one that is available. 

I apologize if I've mentioned this before. I know I PMed a moderator about this in the past.

That’s one reason why we encourage providers to include their username in the subject line.  The software we use does not have the ability to automatically lock topics immediately upon submission. In addition, I don’t want to discourage people from being able to interact with the provider.
