When I first learned how to navigate a gay social world, it seemed that even men out of my league knew how to convey lack of sexual interest in someone. One definitely got the message, but rarely, if ever, can I recall someone outright pretending I wasn’t there at all, if I approached him and he was not interested for whatever reason (even an escort!). I still remember to this day being rejected many years ago by a beautiful man (who was a few years older than I was) whom I was very much interested in. He did it in such a caring, mature, and actually classy way that I remember feeling better somehow after his rejection and thinking at the time, “Gosh, he did that well.” It seemed that at some level most people believed that, even if someone was not a potential sexual partner, they never knew when they would need a friend; there was a gay community of which we all were a part, and there was no reason to totally ostracise a Fellow Traveller. To me it is sad that this behavior has become normal. 4 hours ago, Dr.Daddy said: I’m in! But I call dibs on Sergio! 😈
+ 7829V Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 (edited) This weekend, I made my second visit to Mr. TJ Massages . I opted for the Zona Centro location to try the Turkish bath, and my masseur this time was Mr. Sergio—a name that now deserves a standing ovation. In hindsight, winter probably isn’t the best time to try a Turkish bath in an unheated area. On a warmer day, though, I imagine this could feel like pure bliss instead of an audition for a cold-weather survival show. The setup is pretty unique. There’s a massage table in an open area where the masseur soaps you up and massages you. They also use a technique where they create an insane amount of foam and basically transform you into a human bubble wrap. They massage both your back and front, and if you go for the tantric option, the masseur takes things a little further. The Turkish tantric bath includes 30 minutes in the bath and 30 minutes of massage. Being the extra person I am, when I booked via WhatsApp, I asked to extend the massage to an hour. After the bath, we moved to a private room for the tantric massage. Since this was my second visit, I felt more relaxed and at ease, which helped me enjoy the experience even more. Mr. Sergio’s technique was very good, I’d say B+ almost an A. He even went over the allotted time and was exceptionally kind, affectionate, and accommodating. Let’s just say he’s raised the bar so high that I might be ruined for all other masseurs. Cost Breakdown: For the 30-minute tantric Turkish bath and the 60-minute tantric massage (which actually turned into about 80 minutes), I paid 2,100 pesos (around $105). I tipped the masseur $25 directly. They accept credit cards for payment, but I always make sure to tip in cash—it feels more personal. The standard combo of a 30-minute tantric Turkish bath and a 30-minute tantric massage costs 1,399 pesos (about $70). It’s a good deal!!! Additional Notes: • There are about 12 masseurs, but only three are regularly at the Zona Centro location. You can request one from Zona Río, but it’s like asking someone to commute in rush hour—it may not always work out. Still, no harm in trying. • Zona Centro is in an older building that’s not exactly luxurious, and the surrounding area could use a glow-up. However, Zona Centro offers the Turkish massage, which Zona Río does not. • Zona Río, on the other hand, has more masseurs to choose from, and the building feels more upscale. It’s the “fancy cousin” in this equation. • Tip generously! These masseurs are employees of a company and don’t pocket the full amount you pay. It’s not like hiring an independent masseur from masseurfinder or rentmasseur. And one more thing—don’t ask for their personal contact info. It’s against the rules, and they could get penalized if management finds out they’re trying to contact clients directly. Better to keep things smooth for everyone! Shoedog112 Posted January 13 Posted January 13 So if I’m following correctly, the Turkish Bath is a a standard offering, but you were able to add tantric to the bath portion…..as well as the massage portion? How busy is the Zona Centro location? Do they have a lot of rooms and are there a lot of clients there at the same time? So they have spa amenities like a jacuzzi, sauna or steam room? + 7829V 1

How busy is the Zona Centro location? Do they have a lot of rooms and are there a lot of clients there at the same time? So they have spa amenities like a jacuzzi, sauna or steam room? On the Turkish bath, they offer two main options: • Regular Turkish bath: 30 minutes Turkish bath and 15 minutes of massage. • Tantric Turkish bath: 30 minutes Turkish bath and 30 minutes of massage. I opted for the tantric package and upgraded the massage to 60 minutes, so my session was 30 minutes in the bath and 60 minutes of massage. I usually visit in the morning when it’s not busy. On my first visit, I was the only one there, though by the time I finished, another guest was waiting in the reception area. I imagine it gets busier later in the day or on weekends. They seem to operate from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. I tend to make it a half-day trip: massage, followed by a visit to my barber, and then lunch—either solo or with friends who live in Tijuana. The setup at Zona Centro is very basic: three small rooms along a hallway, a small bathroom, and a larger room for the Turkish bath, which includes two regular showers. There’s also a spacious area on the other side where 2–4 masseurs can work simultaneously. What to expect: • No spa-like atmosphere, no bathtubs, and no jacuzzis. This location is in an older building in downtown Tijuana. It’s as far from upscale as it gets—think gritty charm with an edgy, seedy vibe. • If you’re looking for something more refined or sophisticated, you’ll be disappointed. Try the Zona Río location instead. Despite its simplicity and small size, I like this location. It has character, and somehow its raw, unpolished atmosphere works for me. But if your expectations lean toward luxury, this isn’t the place for you. thomas, + Just Sayin and MassageCommunityMember 3

I requested Sergio for my session and was lucky that he’s based at Zona Centro. While you can request any masseur, it might be more complicated to schedule someone whose base is not Zona Centro. I was told that Zona Río is generally busier, which is why they have more masseurs stationed there. MassageCommunityMember and Shoedog112 1 1

Dr.Daddy Posted January 16 Posted January 16 I visited for a Turkish bath and a Tantric massage, originally quoted via instagram at 2,100 pesos following @7829V’s awesome comprehensive advice. Booking was simple—they sent me a map link and confirmed my appointment promptly. I arrived about five minutes late, which wasn’t an issue, but there was some confusion about the services and pricing when I got there. My Spanish isn’t great, so I relied on Google Translate to communicate what I wanted. Fortunately, they quoted 1,800 pesos on-site, which was even better than the original price—so no complaints there! That said, I was surprised I had to wait for the Turkish bath area, which was occupied, especially since I had booked days in advance and kept updating them about my progress getting to the spa. While it wasn’t a high-end ambiance, Sergio was incredibly kind and patient, and we kept things lighthearted and flirty. I do wish the Instagram team had relayed the services and schedule more effectively so the start of my visit wasn’t so rocky. We started with the Turkish bath, which turned out to be a fun and unique part of the experience. A quick tip: bring plastic flip-flops if you can. The spa lent me some Crocs, but I would’ve preferred disposable sandals for convenience. The bath itself was incredibly relaxing and a great way to break the ice with Sergio. I was covered in so many bubbles—it was fun. By the end of it, we had developed a nice rapport, making the transition to the massage feel natural. We had a nice vibe. The massage itself was relaxing. Based on what I’d read beforehand, I opted for soft pressure to avoid any dissatisfaction with poorly executed deep pressure. I’m glad I made that choice because the massage was more sensual, perfectly aligned with the connection we’d built during the bath. My advice? Let the session flow naturally and don’t rush it as I initially did with mutual touch. I had an amazing time, we laughed a lot about gringos and who was more of a top, and even discovered some mutual friends and a shared love for Puerto Vallarta. Sergio is incredibly sweet and handsome—I’m already looking forward to seeing him again. He was generous with his body and I tipped him 500 pesos when things were all done. After the spa, I grabbed an original Caesar salad at Caesar’s nearby. Fun fact: the dish was invented there over a century ago! I also explored some shopping at Plaza Rio, which was a lovely way to round out the day. Getting to and from Tijuana was a bit of a challenge and I’ve done it several times. One of the crossings at San Ysidro was closed, so I recommend adding extra commute time if you’re planning a similar trip to park, walk across the border, and then uber. Uber in Tijuana was convenient and hassle-free, but leaving and reentering the U.S. was unpredictable. The line to reenter took about 45 minutes—the line was very long but moved quickly. I’m planning to get SENTRI again so I can use the expedited lanes for walking or driving next time. + 7829V, Wanderoz, Wavekund and 4 others 2 3 2
+ 7829V Posted January 16 Author Posted January 16 Glad you enjoyed your visit @Dr.Daddy Sounds like you had quite the adventure! Turkish bath, Tantric massage, and Caesar’s all in one day—talk about making the most of it! I totally get the frustrations with crossing to Tijuana. The border can be unpredictable, and those closed lanes always seem to pop up at the worst times. SENTRI sounds like a good idea—it’s a game-changer if you plan to cross regularly. Do you have another Mr. to try next time besides Mr. Sergio? MassageCommunityMember, + azdr0710, thomas and 1 other 3 1

+ 7829V Posted January 17 Author Posted January 17 Some people have asked if the misters provide full service, so let me clarify: they are masseurs, not escorts. If you’re looking to hire escorts in Tijuana, here’s a page for that: https://mx.mileroticos.com/escorts-gay/baja-california/tijuana/. With the misters, at least you know what you’re signing up for. If you go for the tantric option, here’s how they advertise it: ‘This is an experimental massage where both the client and the masseur are nude. It includes body-to-body contact and focuses on erogenous zones.’ Just like with masseurs from RentMasseur or MasseurFinder, if the masseur is into you, things might go further—but keep in mind, they’re not escorts, and they don’t advertise themselves that way. Just go with the flow, be respectful, and relax—you’ll have a better experience that way. HungreeMunkee69, Wavekund, sulika and 5 others 6 1 1

Tantric massage was very thorough and the masseur had a great body and attitude. Although it was certainly not an escort situation the MT and HE was sufficient. They charged me $2,200 pesos for 90 minutes, more than what was quoted on instagram but I didn't mind. I opted not to do the Turkish bath and only focused on a firm massage, which was done very well and went through the allotted time. The setting is very edgy/bare bones lol, I sort of like it that way but be advised if you like luxury the "centro" location is not giving that at all. 782 your review was pretty on point -thank you! + 7829V, Dr.Daddy and + Just Sayin 1 1 1
