iPhones and iOS 18

Anyone else having issues with their iPhones after updating to iOS 18??? Specifically safari running so slow it times out and some apps don’t even load. Is it a network issue??? I have Verizon

Not iOS 18 for me, but I kept getting a pop up about icloud storage being full (it's been full for a long time but I never bothered with paying for more storage). I finally clicked on the pop up to get rid of it and later I found out that ALL of my notes in the Notes app were GONE. I had a lot of notes there & haven't found a way to retrieve them. I don't know if paying now for more icloud storage now would work or if they're gone for good. In my searching for a solution I've read accounts from others who had the same thing occur.

Nothing else seems to have been affected.
