Cruel Intentions (Prime)

Cruel Intentions is a dramatic series streaming on Prime based on the original movie.  I just started watching, mainly for the cute guys. 

 Ok, I am watching entirely for the cute guys.   Not sure I'll make it through the S1.

I did watch through to the end.  I expect it will be popular.  

Besides the hot guys, I did appreciate certain elements but found some of the story tiresome.

The critics have not been kind.  But that does not surprise me.  I don't really care what they think. 

There were enough nuggets to keep me going.  

 

Zac Burgess was especially good.

Definitely a hook! I really liked the original movie with Ryan Phillipe and I’m enjoying the update. I’m especially liking the light background music repeat of Verve’s “Bittersweet Symphony” which played well in the original movie.

I have not seen the movie.  From comments on other boards and yours sounds like I ought to.

I did notice Bittersweet Symphony and some other catchy tunes.
