Even if I could hire, I don't know how much I'd be hiring. I used to have a six figure salary. And overnights and weekends were one of my favorite things. I can't imagine spending $2000 for an overnight when I used to be able to get a weekend -sometimes even 4 days for $2000 to $2200 especially when you consider I was also  flying guys to me and paying for a hotel.

I never negotiate on their fee. For me it shows appreciation for their efforts and service to pay them what they ask.

I never said anything about negotiation in my post above although at times I did. It was more in the way of explaining what exactly I'd be paying for such as hotel, plane tickets, restaurants, and outside bedroom activities, and why I could only afford what I could.

Respect goes both ways on the relationship. I tried to make sure-considering that the escort was having to spend time with a stranger he might not have normally spent time with-that the experience was as pleasant as possible.

And obviously if the guy couldn't see himself clear for what I could afford, I didn't  hound him but thanked him for his time.

I think the "God Bless" line was their dead giveaway.

"God Bless" is figurative and meant in a positive manner. I wish all a fulfilling journey through life. Especially those who would brow beat me for it.

The usage can come across as ingenuous sarcasm when at the end of a post, so no brow beating is intended - unless you like that sort of thing. (Again, not being serious)
