This guy was very responsive and quick for the last two days. I scheduled something with him for 4pm today. He asked at 350pm if we could push it to 5pm. I had errands to run so whatever.. and I never heard from him after waiting for him. 
 

waste of time, not worth it. Wasted gas and time.
