Most are probably closer to a therapist or life coach, who is just talking to you and offering advice and techniques. Then, some are closer to sex workers, where they will physically engage. And with sex surrogates, they are engaging.

I understand that some will actually observe a couple in action and offer their suggestions, recommendations depending upon the need for intimacy and better sex.

Odd, repetitive mix of moves, sometimes hands, sometimes fingers, sometimes like Swedish, sometimes a bit deeper. Kept a jock strap on the whole time.
