I know a guy who had 70 reviews at the time, some potential clients found he had 1 negative review and texted his ass off asking all details about what went wrong, etc. 

If he was 1 of 10 choices I would understand some clients taking chances on him but in LA of all possible places makes no sense

I agree, yet this guy still has people hire him and pay his way from Brazil to Los Angeles, back and forth.  

To make it even more bizarre, the guy lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil and a client pays his way to Los Angeles, periodically.  

About ten years ago, I hired this guy while he was in Brazil.  The first time I got together with him he was in good shape and was quite charming.  Then, after about the third time I hired him (a few months later), he had lost a lot of muscle and developed an extremely hostile personality.  I do not know if substance abuse caused the major change in his appearance and behavior.  He also became very threatening.  I stopped seeing him even though I saw him at Lagoa trying to engage other clients.  

As most of us know, rentmen review narratives are blocked only to Americans who are blocked (except with a VPN) from reading the narratives added to a provider's rentmen review.  I think depriving Americans of the narratives is a poor decision on the part of rentmen.  Those written narratives, when seen, show that this person is not a nice guy.  

The review narratives of this provider speak volumes about how unpredictably bad he can be.  Some reviews say he is great while others caught the provider during one of his bizarre and difficult times.

Anyone choosing to hire this guy, be careful.  As you can read from his reviews, he can be difficult.
