Profile is less than a month old, if he's really that new (not a name changer) it's unlikely anyone's met him yet.  Definitely proceed with caution.  I'd wait a bit, personally, to see if he sticks around.  If you do reach out to him, you might want to keep the contact through RM and see how he responds.
