I usually hire from masseurfinder but am thinking of giving Soothe a try. I know it's mostly legit therapeutic, but I have a few questions:

  • Do I strip totally nude?
  • Will the masseur drape me?
  • Since it's all prepaid, do you usually tip?

Great questions! I am following as I am new to soothe too. I assume you need to be extra careful/subtle, like you’re going to a regular spa and on the lookout for hints/signs of fun! Let us know what happens :)

I hired off Soothe for the first time. After your appointment is confirmed comes the tipping portion where you pay in the app. When the provider arrives, he set up his workstation and steps away for you to undress. I was draped throughout.

I recently used Soothe for home massage, and my experience was decent but not exceptional. The booking process was quick and smooth, and the therapist arrived on time, which is always good. The massage itself was relaxing, but it didn't fully meet my expectations in terms of pressure or technique. While the therapist was polite and professional, I felt that the experience lacked the more fun, personalized touch one could expect. It was a good massage, but not quite worth for those expecting more. Overall, it was a massage experience that was straightforward, but I think I might explore other options next time.
