Brown Spots on the skin

Was starting to get into it with a guy the other night and when he pulled down his shorts what a turn off. He had shaved his body and his but was all razor stuble and bumps. He also had these small pigment brown spots. Not drak spots, light colored -- but till what a total turn off.

 

What's with the spots? Needless to say the evening came to a premature end. He was not the hottie he was billed to be -- at least for me.
