Here is what I can tell you.  I saw him quite a bit for awhile, but he started going through some philosophical changes in life (mainly religion) and changed his phone number to leave the past behind.  Our relationship moved toward a friendship and no more physical contact.  We had become very close to where I helped him with investment advice, fixing things around the house and just general niceness.  This went on for quite awhile (6+months) and he was supposed to come to my house a couple weeks ago and we were gonna grill some steaks and just hang out as friends.
