I tried setting up an appointment with him earlier today. First, he asked a series of questions - including age. Which I happily answered.

when time came for us to schedule, he stated he would be okay with 12:30 pm and I said cool - it’ll take me an hour to get there.

as I’m starting to drive and hoping to arrive by noon (something I communicated to him), he texts me and says that if I’m not there by noon, he will cancel. I turned around and parked my car and told him this leaves no time for any traffic delay even if it’s by a few minutes. He said if you’re not here by 12, forget it (English may not be his first language).

I said let’s cancel. After which he told me to go find someone else. And then filed a false report on Mr. Number. 
 

all in all, a pleasant guy!

So had a similar experience as Runningindc. Reached out to setup appointment. He responded quickly and he gave me a time. He then followed up with the question of my age. I answered it and the asked if he had an age required. He responded with something like age is just a number, which I found odd because if it is, then why ask.  When I pressed further he said he wanted to be sure someone wasn’t too old to navigate stairs or walk. With that I then messaged again to confirm the time he offered and he did not immediately respond. About an hour after the time he originally offered me he responded saying he was busy with work and that he apologized.  I say don’t waste your time. There are other great providers in town.

This is so sad to hear but I met him 3 times while visiting Ft Lauderdale and the experience was amazing. 
He is very kind, caring and laid back to I find it strange to read this. 
I can only talk from my personal experience with him and I totally enjoyed every minute of it. 
Hopefully I would get to see him again soon because he is a very skilled masseur with an amazing body, and a smile that brightens your day!

Thanks guys. I suspect it may be age related.  I’m 58 and while that is pretty young in my book, it might be too old for him. I just wish the communication wasn’t so flaky.

Sucks that he's so shady and inconsistent.  One thing I like doing is sharing my experience and giving recommendations to the Co. and it sucks when a rec fall short.

We all understand that mileages may vary but professionalism and respect should be standard and across the board.

Hmm… how is he inconsistent? 
it is not always the masseur to blame. I am sure some clients try to get more than a massage and then the fix says that it’s sour. 
I respect Albert because he’s been a very consistent masseur and very upfront. Wish others can respect that too! 
this is not against anyone but just giving my view as well because sometimes a post can take away business from an honest and kind individual because of miscommunication or just devious motives. His reviews speaks for itself!
