I love the idea, but am baffled by the length of the interviews. This is a clear, rare case of longer NOT being better! I was excited to see my favorite porn star interviewed, Skye Woods, but disappointed that in 90 minutes he wanted to keep the intel of his stupendous ass a mystery. The Gunnar Stone, Masyn Thorne, and Rick Kelson interviews were pretty interesting.

90 minutes?

I wouldn't even want to hear Gandhi talk for 90 minutes.

This is why I don't do podcasts.  These aren't professional broadcasters.

I've mentioned this series elsewhere on this forum.  Having listened to several, can attest that they are generally much too long and unfocused, and I've ditched several of them halfway through.  As in "real life," some of Collins' guests are natural raconteurs and engaging on their own for the duration.  I do find it interesting, however, to hear from some of they guys I've watched fuck so many times without ever hearing their voices, lol.

A few that I've found listenable and interesting (reflecting my taste in porn, of course) are Will Angell, Seattle Dad, Lance Charger, Kristofer Weston, Dale Savage, Liam Angell, Cain Marko, Rick Kelson.  It's the older guys who have more interesting life stories to tell (on their own terms, of course), with porn often being a second or third career.  Most of Collins' guests (to date he has done 111 of these) I've never heard of and have no real interest in, but occasionally I listen in on a new one who's on my radar.

Jason is a terrible interviewer---he either talks over guests or doesn't know what to do with them. The few I've watched have had chatty guys who had some interesting experiences. Jason lacks real curiosity and seems uncomfortable with a lot of things--drag, gender diversity, and apparently non-monogamy of all things. He also seems uncomfortable discussing escorting.  Jason insists on being on camera, often with some sort of pose (cigar smoking, etc.).

Don't think I've ever listened to the whole 90 minutes! I do like hearing backstories and histories of guys I follow. Finding out who they are off camera makes them more appealing on cam as well! I appreciate the fact that he just lets them talk b/c as others have said, he's not terribly interesting as an interviewer.
