This gentleman has been in Palm Springs for a very long time, so I'm surprised nobody has given him a shout-out. As for the pic in the blue boxer shorts - a forum member confirmed privately with me that that's real, folks. 

I applaud the providers that are up-front with their HIV status, and it's too bad with the stigma people continue to carry about having an aversion to hiring or reviewing them.
