Thanks for the replies! I had not noticed his profile was active for 4 years - he only recently popped up as close to my location. Perhaps he moved to Arlington? Anyway, I may take the plunge despite the lack of reviews - he's very much my type. I will report back!

To close out this thread, I sent him 3 messages on RM, never got a response. He has no other means of contact, so I do not understand why he's paying to maintain a profile.
