RM in the US vs other places

Wondering what everyone's experience was with using RM in the US vs in other countries?

Do you find it to be similar, worse or better? In terms of communicating with the providers and level of service 

Personally I find it to be better internationally. Providers in other countries and providers who come to the US from other countries seem more sincere, less cocky/ full of themselves , and seem to give an overall better experience. 

Just wondering what everyone's else experience was like?
