I looked at PA. PA has a long list, including escorts who work for Premier. There is a Toby at the very end. The face is half covered, but based on what you can see of his face and his body,

I don't think this is the Toby from Premier. I also checked Ohio because it was mentioned above that he had returned to Ohio.
