OP note: will the law accept reality of use?

Can we finally have a serious study on the effects of pot?

APNEWS.COM

In a historic shift, the U.S. moves to reclassify marijuana as a less dangerous drug, AP sources say.

From Schedule I to III. It remains controlled substances. The only difference is researchers can access cannabinoids more easily, which is a good thing. It is so much a hassle to deal with Schedule I drugs.

People act like weed is one single thing, when the potency jump in the last decade basically made the old research useless. My tolerance used to be fine and now two hits sends me to the moon. It would make a lot more sense if we had updated studies that matched what people are actually using. I talked to a telehealth doc through LeafyRX when I got my medical card and even he said the same thing, that the science keeps lagging behind the product.
