Good observation. I’ve seen those scars in trans men. (FtM). But it could be any other type of surgery. 🤔

Could also be loose skin removal scars from a large weight loss

Considering his equipment, I highly doubt he’s FtM. If he is, I want to meet that surgeon for an…inquiry.
