Following up on my own post in case anyone else would be interested in hiring this man.  
 

All positive reviews on RM, able to get a response from one reviewer with reviews going back to at least 2018 that said he had a good experience.  Also I have been texting with him and seems like a nice guy and also provided additional pics.  So may just take the plunge.
