I think you may want to look for a professional Cuddler (yes.. its a thing).    There was a guy on RM that used to advertise as a cuddlist in Chicago

Cuddlist.com seems to be the most "authentic" site, but there are others you may want to try (where you are hiring a "professional" certified cuddler.)

Cuddlecomfort.com seems to be more a community to find like minded people that want to cuddle

Trevor James is THE man to see for massage and / or cuddling in L.A. I've seen him for the former, but he's a professional who even does seminars on cuddling, so enjoy!
