Difficulty rendering site

Hello for the past few (2-3?) days I was unable to "see' the site, I could access the URL but the formatting was all wonky - like the text was running down the page with no formatting.  Today it's fine!   Wondering if the problem was on my end?   And what recommendations if any you have should this happen again?

PS browser was MS Edge Version 120.0.2210.91

I received one other report of something similar. It sounds to be around the time the holiday feature for new years activated with the confetti and css changes. 

If your browser caches the old code it might not render the site properly. If you see something like that, try clearing your browser cache. If you’re using a VPN, try temporarily turning it off as they might be caching objects that should not be also.
