I've visited EP and I'm not surprised by the tumbleweeds blowing through this thread. 😁

I suppose you could consider Juarez (I know, I know, most dangerous city in Mexico and all that.).  There seems to be some listings on mileroticos.

I've lived in El Paso twice; my in-laws still live there so I visit fairly often.  

I've seen all the ones who are currently or have ever been listed on the major sites, and I cannot recommend any of them.  That is, except for the one with the black-and-white photo on MF named Richard; I've tried to schedule with him a couple of times and he either responds too late or isn't available when I want him. 

There are a couple of others who advertise independently, and I cannot recommend them, either. 

For several years, I enjoyed the remarkable services of a man named Serjio, whose day job was a nurse at a local hospital.  Very unusual techniques with lots of stretching; he was excellent.  However, it's been a few years and I'm not sure he's still massaging.
