There is the Super Sexy escort in LA, James, now advertising as Chris.

 

His ratings are great on here, but I am skeptical.

 

He wants cash up front and tells clients that he brings a driver for his safetly.

 

Am I at risk of being abused or busted in this situation?

What's the big deal? If you have any doubts, don't hire him. There are dozens of escorts in the L.A. area (more if you include Orange County and San Diego). Why would you ever consider hiring one about whom you have any reservations? I don't get it.
