If the charges are real they're quite terrible....at the same time, LGBT and especially sex workers have always been targets to exploit false charges against.

I believe in innocent until proven guilty and I haven't seen anything further come out publicly on this.

I assume you are asking about the case linked below. Looks like the last 2 entries on the court docket were on 01/08/24 when a pretrial conference was set for 10/04/24, and a trial was set for 11/04/24, and an entry on 03/27/24 when a judge was assigned.

I am not a lawyer, but it appears defendant per request received a continuance until 12/13/2024 rather than a cancellation.   But I could be very wrong on this.

Innocent until proven guilty, but caution is clearly warranted. These kind of posts make you really take pause and reconsider security/safety in these kinds of settings. Thanks again @claymfor alerting all of us.
