and his phone number leads to this site - in Russian- looking for athletic men for LGBT massage - pays 200 per day.  

I am guessing this site sponsors these guys.

Do not ever pay anybody that asks for that rate. I won't go into all the details right now but these are all guys who work for someone they called master. The 160 goes to the master and they only get whatever they can upsell you that they do not negotiate until you get there. Unfortunately I had to change my phone number. The master will hound you for money and send you messages telling you that he will out you and ruin you and your whole family. I have had these messages and I am not kidding. I know for fact other people have had these messages but I don't know how common place it is. Nothing came of it but I did change my number not out of fear but out of constant annoyance.
