Probably the best therapeutic massage I ever got was from someone who also offered other services. You can simply decline extras. I wouldn't restrict my search to those who are only therapeutic.

I had about four massages from him. The first three were pre-pandemic. And he always gave me a hand at the end (without me asking or hinting). The last one was last year and he skipped the ending.
