Dale in LA

Hi. Has anyone been to Dale in LA (I think Burbank area). I searched for threads here on a Dale in LA but I think people were talking of a different Dale years ago. I think Dale (ad below) is new. Anyone been and would like to share their experience?  Thank you!  'I'll be in LA next week.
