RentMasseur observation

No big deal   -  just a little interesting thing I noticed today on RentMasseur listings in Atlanta.

Noticed an ad I thought was new as I didn't remember seeing it before.  When I opened the ad my suspicions were confirmed. 

Ad say the provider joined RM yesterday...but it was also showing it had expired!  How does that happen?  Does RentMasseur accept ads with out payment?  Or perhaps his credit card wasn't approved?  Any ideas?  As I said, just a curious  thing.
