Personal experience: If you need to lose weight and are on a business flight to the US needing a movie to watch while having dinner, do not watch this.  

Otherwise it's ultimate motivation to start that diet. wow. Tremendous serious acting.

Yep, was a good movie.  Don't know why so many people made fun of it (usually, without seeing it).
