I recently tried someone there and now I get why he’s not really talked about. The pressure was decent, but the massage felt rushed the whole time. I asked him to slow down, and he said that’s just his style. One time was enough for me,I’ll stick with Nathan or Oliver.

What I did learn, though, is that therapists there can actually refuse certain clients. The spa lets them say no to people who are difficult, tip poorly, or behave badly. If someone books online, the front desk may ask them to cancel or switch therapists.Just a reminder,while we choose our therapist, they can choose their clients too.
