His ad says he is from New York but he is now in California. Good looking guy but something does not seem right about a New Yorker suddenly appearing in Los Angeles area with a seven-month old advertisement that has zero reviews from anywhere. He had zero energy, acted like he was doing me a gigantic favor just by opening the door, mumbled incoherently, and oh yeah his place was a shithole. Other than that he was terrific.
