Fort Lauderdale Spas

In Fort Lauderdale for the rest of the week. Staying at the Hilton but looking to try a spa at another hotel. any Recs? Looking for a good massage but would love to find a more cruisey men’s sauna area.

Love Babylon mens spa on Wilton drive. Also had both excellent and not so good experiences at Green Jade. Both Asian operated. also you should get a guest pass to the Cabanas and hang by the pool and cruise in the little steam room there.

Last time used the Cabana's Spa, you could enjoy the resort for the day without an extra fee for the guest pass.

I would recommend Cabana’s Spa. It’s the best of both worlds - exceptional therapeutic massage with the option of cruising/playing immediately thereafter!
