Karsai Nei Tsang and/or Chi Nei Tsang in Los Angeles?

Hello Friends of the Forum.  Long-time member; infrequent poster; VERY regular reader here!!!

Does anyone have any recommendations worth mentioning and posting (or to DM me)?

[Karsai Nei Tsang (therapeutic massage for sexual organs) is an adjunct to Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage).]

I had a practitioner of Thai, who was TRULY excellent with ab work.  Straight, married, nothing sexual even remotely happened.  But he retired due to injury.  He mentioned Karsai Nei Tsang to me a few times, but that wasn't ever on offer.

Google and other searches have NOT been a friend to this gay man who's looking for some incredible ab work, with or without a sensual/erotic element.  Could be included with a full body deep tissue session or not.  And to experience Karsai Nei Tsang for the first time, with or without an erotic element.

The ads I am finding are almost exclusively for Thai "massage"......from women.

Specifically looking for Los Angeles, but am open to recommendations really anywhere.
