Do Escorts have a set of rules?

I know this may sound similar to another thread being discussed here, but I have a slightly different question. I asked this on the Revolt board after a back and forth with another poster there. As they don't have many escorts posting there, I said I would post the question here as well. While I know this is an open board and anyone can (and probably will) respond, I am particularly interested in hearing from escorts.

Ok, so here is the issue: I believe that escorts have a set of "rules" that include: Being on time for your appointment, being clean (unless the client wants otherwise), treating the client with respect, and above all the others… keeping client information confidential. So, what is you opinion?

Now, I am not so naive to think that there is a set of written rules that is outlined in the escort handbook that is given to all escorts before they see their first client. But, do you escorts feel bound in any way to a set of rules?

I feel bound to the rules you mentioned, and a few more... but the rule that can create the most problems is client confidentiality. Prospective clients want to know what you've done already, and I'm very adamant about NOT describing what other clients have done with me to protect their privacy. I assume that there's a slight chance that a client may know another client (which has happened), or the client may be checking via another identity to make sure his privacy hasn't been compromised (which seems like unnecessary work, but hey...). And of course, there's always the guy who just want's some j/o material...

I don't get this, if your not giving out the clients name, why would you care if you told the other client what sex acts you have performed on other clients? How is that protecting anyone's privacy? Seems rather odd to me.
