Can someone tell me the most common meaning of "clean cut"? I see it used to mean different things:

1. No facial hair 

2. Wholesome, boy-next-door looks 

3. Circumcised (used especially by non-English speakers) 

When I see this term, I think only of #1. But when I ask guys why they have a mustache or beard, they say that's not what they meant.

Haha same, I always wonder what that mean 😅

From my point of view it is a guy that looks clean, professional, hair is short and no beard. 
 

But when I hear the term I always dismiss that the guy could be uncut
