A RM Oddity

There's a provider that I added to my buddy list on RM whose account has since expired. Now I've been noticing that even though it expired several weeks ago, RM often shows that the provider is currently logged in. Very strange.

What can he do? He can't send or receive messages, can he? RM no longer lets one see his phone number; when I click on the Call Me button I get the option to send him a membership gift.

Out of curiosity, I sent him a message, just to see if he would receive it and reply. Much to my surprise, I received an instant auto-reply containing his phone number! So in a sense he's getting a freebie from RM. Very odd.

I thought RM messages still work for expired profiles.

I just received a message from him. He can't see my message but he can send me a message.
