The page is devoid of any location info.  One pic shows "Hide Clinic", which is apparently located in Moscow.

Anybody else ever deal with this?

If you show interest, does he point you to a website where you can make an appointment and “pay a small deposit”? That is usually what happens when they hit you up on Grindr. I would be rather sceptical. Ask for a video call/Skype…that is usually the deciding factor, if it is a scam he will block you after you request video call.  Be safe!
