Hi,

 

Bodybuildrs often have special dietary requirements, high prtein, clean complesx cards, low fat....etc. What is the proper ettiquette for bodybuilder escorts when they are booked for weekend long appointments and the client wans to prepare meals for the escort?

 

Is it alright to request your dietary requirements? I know there are meal replacements powfders..but still, they can only take you so far.

As always, the simplest answer is the best: ask. There is no correct answer, but speaking as an escort, I would appreciate being asked and it is a perfectly appropriate question. An escort can have allergies to peanuts, be lactose intolerant or something else of significane.

 

In my experience, a body builder would probably want to bring (and would tend to travel with) certain supplements, such as creatine. They also tend to eat more meals a day, which tend to be high in protein. Meal replacements are a good idea and some are sold which can just be mixed with juice, milk or water.

 

I would simply advise that you are planning on preparing some meals for the two of you and does he have any specific needs that should be taken into account. While you are at it, you should also, if you have not already, communicated any needs of yours and discuss all the other details which will help make your weekend go well.
