Could be interesting provider if all the above was true. I wonder how much the "rates vary by request" vary and what requests he is open to. I agree doesn't make sense to place a new ad, have no table and be non responsive to booking requests. His pics intrigue me, I'm a sucker for guys with pale smooth skin.
