"NEW" Question

Just curious how long we plan on having the "NEW" label alongside each forum?  

After a while, is it still "new"?   How can we tell whe sosmething really New is added now? 

Certainly not a huge concern, but as I said,  it just curiosity.

I think the NEW you're talking about simply means there's new posts in there since last time you marked the forum as read, having nothing to do with when the forum was created.  If you were to go to the upper right and 'mark site as read' all those NEWs should disappear.

Kevin is correct.  The "NEW" indicator does not mean the forum itself is newly created.  But instead that new/unread content appears inside of it.  

In addition to marking the entire site as read, you can mark only a specific forum as read as well.  

On mobile devices, the mark forum as read option will appear below the list of topics. (It's styled a bit differently on mobile, but will still say "Mark Forum as Read".)
