What software/app do you use for client booking?

Recommended Posts

Most of the providers I’ve used typically just use the calendar application on their cell phone/laptop and use it to track appointments and travel locations. (Travel is booked as all day appointments with the time being marked free.)

I used wix to make a website, and I'm pretty happy with it. It's an expense but it only needs to convince one or two clients a year to book you to pay for itself. To be clear, I don't use it to manage bookings. Clients are directed to contact me by email. I manage bookings, contacts, etc, with plain old calendars and spreadsheets.

I also used Wix back when I advertised to the gp. Currently have squarespace as my main platform for non-escort biz but both are similar.

Your site is nice, artsy and love the black/turquoise color scheme.  Have you considered creating a logo for brand recog purposes?  Also, has your abstract wordplay (header nav) hindered people from finding what they need, ie rates, reviews, etc quickly? Just my 0.2 sats, overall a sexy site though 🍻

I advertise in Canada where rates and reviews are visible on RM. I view my website as an opportunity to try to demonstrate a little sprinkle of personality and experience. Also, I'm especially interested in meeting clients who have the patience to navigate through a click or two, if you get what I mean. As for logos, I'm clinging to the (perhaps naive?) notion of being simply a self-employed working person, not a brand, so I've never thought to acquire one.

Being honest, I'm an amateur when it comes to online marketing and all that. Maybe someday I'll go down that rabbit hole, but for now, retention rather than conversion is my main business strategy.

I appreciate your interest, if you have other Q's or comments do feel free to DM.

I really love your website.  I may have to look you up when I’m in BC.

That takes me back.  I remember in the '90s, at my engineering jobs, wasting hours HOURS building the forms, sizing and resizing fields.  Goddam I hated that.  The data entry and linking of fields were fantastic, building the forms, however, was torture for me, I have a very unsteady hand.  Some of my coworkers loved that part of FMP best of all.

To the original post, until the iphone 3, I used paper and pencil.  Now, calendar.
