I was rather dismayed when I read this one. Good topic, though! As an escort in his mid-thirties I can say that expereince counts. One writer said to hire boys in thier twenties ass-u-ming that they had more staying power... hmmm... well, alas and thank goodness not all men out there are busy chasing twinks all over Gotham.

 

I have to say, though, that I agree that there is a contract reached and some performances requested... but the money really is for time. I do not believe I am deluded on this part, but if you got lemons make lemonade.

 

See... my point is that the reason for a "malfunction" may be the fault of the client as well. I have only had one failure in the last year of work and it was with a guy who was so worried about going over the hour that he was rushing me into action. There were some other issues present as well, but I could hardly get comfortable wit him before his ass was up in the air.

 

Hmmm... yes, it's my job to meet or do my best to meet my customers needs. But if expectations are not met... hell, try something else which may lead to the desired result anyway.

 

So... make lemons out of lemonaide. Make the best out of the situation. You / He may be very pleasantly surprised in the end anyway.

However, rather than mope and moan, I still had a good time doing other things, and have seen him again and things went better in regards to the topic under discussion. Your point of sometimes it is the client is also well taken. I have found that the main thing I have a problem with is setting up a hour/2hr appointment so far in advance. Sometimes, on the appointed date/time, I have been either under the weather or just "not in the mood". I suppose it might be better to wait until the mood strikes and use an agency, but then the guy you are interested in might not be available. I can't speak for others, but I am coming to the conclusion that this type of scenario, is just not working for me.
