It is called an avatar image. Do not ask me what that means as I have little clue.

 

In order to insert one, you go to your profile and place the URL to the picture you want to use, which has to be small, within the box that says "avatar image."

 

Your URL should look like mine and lead directly to an image. The first mistake I made was trying to link to what I thought was one image on Yahoo. That part is hard to explain on line, it would be best for you to talk to a friend in your area who may be more experienced. That is what happened with me and now I change my avatar frequently....

If you will notice this looks very small and I cropped the image to look well in the space provided. Bobby, Prime Muscle, is another good example of a well cropped avatar as is, of course, Rod Hagen's and Rick Munroe's.

hi jeff--it's pretty simple--just have an image on a website somewhere and place the link in the approriate box on your profile. So if you have a website with a pic on it, it's very simple--if not, then I don't know if there is another way to do it or not--I don't think so.
