striking lady Di from the record

as plainly as I can state it....hired him for a massage...he is gorgeous no question. he kept asking me if I wanted to do other things ..and would do them for a moment and say ill do more of this but it will cost. and id say no the massage is fine ..and kept pushing the other things so finally I agreed  when I did  agree  it basically was me doing him and became a muscle worship scenario ..not a "lets do each other" scenario.  I was duped . I hope this is clearer

As someone mentioned earlier, he’s in business, but this is bad business etiquette. Everything should be disclosed upfront, before anything begins. If a client requests materially “more” during a session, then fine, an arrangement can be reached, or not. But the masseur should never tease additional for more fees while in session. If more is voluntarily given, and the client then wishes to “tip” (I.e., pay for additional service), then great; maybe they’ll keep a mutually satisfying relationship going.

No one wants to bring their contracts attorney to an appointment to negotiate and track services and fees. It’s very off putting and greatly diminishes the experience. In the long run, repeat clients and positive word of mouth is likely much more valuable than an extra hundred or so here and there from upsell attempts.
