I had the chance to meet him a couple of times. I had a provider cancel an appointment we had scheduled for later that night. I texted Rian but he was booked that evening. A couple of hours later he texted me to say his appointment canceled. I explained that I don't participate in the party scene and wouldn't be comfortable with someone using in my presence. He had no issue and we set a time a few hours later. He showed up on time with no signs that he was on anything.  He was clean, smelled great and was very sexy. I only booked an hour but I asked asked if I could extend his time at the same rate and he stayed another two. He was a charmer. In the hundreds of appointments I have booked over the years, I have always avoided anyone who listed PnP in their ad but this was a very positive encounter. I later saw he had mixed notes on Mr. Number but my experience was stellar.

One thing is having PNP in his profile, but he insinuates he might be also providing...

you already said that.

Plenty of other choices. He not only has PNP as a hashtag he just clicked but as a "presentation card" 

I wouldn't enable him to keep his business going.

Plenty of choices in Palm Spring and nearby areas.

I have booked him three times.  He's tall and handsome and I enjoyed my first two 1 hour sessions with him.  Most recently, however, I had planned to come to him in Palm Springs but we decided it would make more sense for him to come to LA and i would pay for his two nights of hotel in addition to his rate to see him.  I would only have done this because of my previous positive interactions with him.  On the day of his arrival, I reached out to confirm our time together and see if he needed anything from the hotel.  I got no response.  I continued to ping him throughout the evening and the weekend but did not hear from him.  Honestly, I was worried about him and considered just showing up to the hotel to check on him.  When I saw later the next week that he was back in Palm Springs I pinged him again and shared my disappointment and said I might post a negative review (very reluctantly due to 2 previous great experiences.). He finally wrote me back and said he was going to block me.  That's the last I've heard.  So, two out of 3 experiences were great but the third he took the hotel stay I gave him but didn't come through on the rest. He was someone I had really hoped to see regularly but not after that.
